1. General information
Sfera 360 is an app for capturing, stitching and saving 360° panoramic photographs. Its core photo capture and processing features operate locally on the user’s device. Users do not need to create an account or sign in to use the core features.
2. Camera access
The app requires access to the device camera to take the photos needed to create a 360° panorama. The camera preview and captured photographs are used to provide the app’s functionality.
3. Photos and files
Sfera 360 may save completed panoramas and, depending on the user’s settings, the individual photographs used to create them. The app may use Android system media-storage mechanisms as necessary to save and retrieve images.
Photos and panoramas are not sent to Mrozapp servers unless the user is clearly informed that a feature requiring such transmission has been introduced.
4. Location data
With the user’s permission, Sfera 360 may access the device’s location to save location information associated with a panorama. Location access is optional and can be disabled in the app or in Android system settings.
Location data used to tag panoramas is not sent to Mrozapp servers.
5. Advertising
The free version of Sfera 360 may display ads provided by Google AdMob. When ads are displayed, Google and its partners may process certain information about the device and use of the app, including device or advertising identifiers, the IP address, technical information, an approximate location derived from the IP address, and information about ad display and interaction.
6. Sfera 360 Premium
The app may offer Sfera 360 Premium as an optional one-time purchase. Purchasing Premium may remove ads and unlock additional app features.
Transactions are processed through Google Play. Mrozapp does not receive or store the user’s full payment card details.
7. Third-party services
Sfera 360 may use Google Play, Google Play Billing and Google AdMob services.
8. Advertising consent
Where required, users may be given the option to consent, refuse consent or manage their choices regarding the processing of data for advertising purposes.
9. Data storage and security
Photos, panoramas and location data used by the core features of Sfera 360 are stored locally on the user’s device unless a particular feature states otherwise.
10. App permissions
Depending on the device, Android version and features used, Sfera 360 may request access to the camera, location, and photos and media/device storage.
11. Children’s data
Sfera 360 is not specifically designed as a service for children.
